Within 72 hours of purchase, I will email you a PDF file with the signed Tattoo Permission Slip, as well as the printable artwork that you will need to bring to your chosen tattoo artist.
 
This includes:
1) Printable PDF Tattoo Permission Slip with your name on it, signed by me, giving you permission to use the corresponding design for one tattoo. 
 
2) Printable PDF with artwork to take to your tattoo artist.
